What is the BizCloud app?
BizCloud is our business app for Android and iOS. It carries the AlienVoIP softphone, so your office extension travels with you: make and receive SIP calls, dial colleagues by extension and use your company address book.
Do I need a separate SIP app?
No. The softphone is built into BizCloud, so there is no separate SIP client to install and configure. You sign in and your extension registers.
Can I see billing in the app?
Yes. If you are an administrator on the account, you can view billing information, invoices and statements from inside BizCloud.
Does it work over mobile data?
Yes. BizCloud works over Wi-Fi or mobile data, so staff can take office calls from home, on the road or at another branch.
