Should I choose prepaid or postpaid?

Prepaid suits lighter or seasonal calling: top up credit, use it within 12 months, no monthly commitment. Postpaid suits teams on the phone every day, because the monthly fee includes free minutes, more simultaneous VoIP lines and cheaper per-minute rates.

Are calls between our own offices free?

Yes. Branch-to-branch calls are free of charge for all VoIP customers, and AlienVoIP to AlienVoIP calls on postpaid plans are unlimited and free.

How long does prepaid credit last?

Prepaid credit is valid for 12 months from your last reload. The minimum reload is RM50, and larger reloads come with bonus credit.

What are the postpaid terms?

A minimum 12-month subscription, for registered Malaysian companies. Prices exclude 6% SST, calls are billed in 30-second blocks, normal IDD rates apply, and installation is free within Klang Valley, Penang and Johor.
